National Pumping and Irrigation ("NPI") is the parent company for a group of businesses in the pump and irrigation industry across Australia.

Our underlying businesses deliver end-to-end water management solutions tailored to the needs of agriculture, industry, and infrastructure.

The owners of NPI come from the industry and our role is to grow and support the businesses we acquire to ultimately best serve our end customers

Ben Lee

Ben entered the Pump & Irrigation industry in 2015 with the acquisition of Lambert & Torrens in Gunnedah NSW.

Prior to this he trained as an accountant with Deloitte and spent 15 years in Corporate Finance/Restructuring in Australia and London as well as being Senior member of the Agricultural Investment team at Macquarie Bank.

He now oversees acquisitions and overall strategy of the NPI Group and its underlying operating companies.

Jock (Matthew) Lee

Jock joined Ben in acquiring Lambert & Torrens in 2015 and acted as GM of the business before its sale.

Before this he worked in agriculture as well as running a family farming operation and worked as an operator for a mining operator near Gunnedah NSW.

He now focuses on working on operational matters with the local teams at group companies.
